Scope Note

Working papers or grey literature have long played a major role in scholarly communication between economists.  Many studies that will eventually be published in peer reviewed journals first appear as working papers.  The sources on this page provide access to working papers online and to open access journals.  EconLit a subscription indexing and abstracting database created by the American Economic Association is the primary source for searching economics research.
